Children's Equipment

• Car seats (including detachable car seats from travel systems)
• Child mattresses (cots, moses baskets, travel cots)
• Bikes

Clothing and clothing accessories

• Real fur or fur trimmed items
• Counterfeit, fake goods

Furniture & Housewares

• Gas appliances, oil lamps
• Cigarette lighters and cigarette lighter refill canisters
• Used duvets (except duvet covers)
• Used pillows (except pillow cases)

Electrical Items

• Electric showers
• Sunbeds and tanning equipment
• Power tools without instructions
• Microwaves
• Hardwired appliances (i.e. ceiling, pendant or wall lamps.
• Personal appliances, including battery operated (i.e. shavers, foot spas etc) (unless new and sealed box)
• Hygiene - No guarantee of infection control

Weapons

• Knives - any daggers, hunting knives, flick knives, bow knives, sports knives and axes.
• Swords, sword sticks, crossbows
• Guns and ammunition, antique or otherwise (including replica guns)

Heating and Cooking

• Gas appliances (mains or bottled goods)
• Oil filled radiators (not supplied with a thermostat)
• Storage heaters (hardwired)

Sport & Safety Equipment

• Buoyancy aids, life jackets, inflatable dinghies, inflatable toys for water
• Safety Helmets - Riding hats, crash helmets, cycle helmets and hard hats
• Safety harnesses of any sort
• Personal Protective Equipment (i.e. knee pads, elbow pads, biker suits with in built padding).
• Firefighting equipment

Books, Media, Software and Hardware

• Any goods that infringe copyright law including pirate DVDs, computer games and counterfeit CDs. These can be recognised by the colour of the disc, hologram labelling or poor packaging.
• 18 Certificate DVDs/Videos/Blu-ray/Computer Games
• Any DVDs and videos not legally classified by the British Board of Film Classification
• Pornographic publications, DVDs and videos, books.
• IT equipment containing hard drives including tablets, laptops, desktop computers and mobile devices.

Miscellaneous

• Wheeled walkers and Zimmer frames
• Wheelchairs
• Electric wheelchairs and three or four-wheeled mobility scooters (safety reasons). Mobility scooters need road worthiness testing.
• Medication including vitamins.
• Branded alcoholic products.
• Perishable goods, food and drink (with exception of New Purchased Goods supplied by company)
• Cosmetics, such as lipsticks, mascara, creams etc (unless sealed and in-date).
• Prescription spectacles with no indication of lens strength.
• Sunglasses with no indication of UV protection ratings
• Ivory produced after June 1947.
• Taxidermy produced after June 1947.
• Fireworks
• Petrol or diesel fuelled garden tools including lawn mowers, strimmer’s etc. (Excludes new purchased or corporate stock)
