FAQ

Do you collect and deliver items?
Yes. We have a free collection service, and delivery of large items can also be arranged. Collections can be booked here.
Can I leave donations when you’re closed?
Yes. We have three donation banks outside the store where you can drop off clothing, shoes and other small items. Furniture and larger items will need to be delivered to the store during opening hours, or you can book a collection to have someone pick them up for you.
Which electrical goods do you accept?
We accept most kinds of electrical goods, as long as they are not damaged (no cracked screens, missing or broken cords etc.) Every one of our donation centre has the ability to PAT test donations, so we are grateful to receive your preloved electrical of any kind (with exception of those listed above that we cannot accept for safety, hygiene or legal reasons).
